Description	During training (practice or timed practice) and qualifying, and because every car has his "own possition" due to the staggered start... drivers should hear his car number (despite the "decoder beep" when passing over the loop. So for example if the car 8 is passing over the loop the announcement system in RCM Ultimate should say "eight" But in finals, where cars have the real position when passing over the loop, if car 2 is passing over the loop in one lap and car 2 is the first one in this moment in the final or subfinal, the announcement system in RCM ultimate should tell "first".
