Description	A pilot should be highlighted, if he passed the loop for the first time after starting the race with SingleStart mode. Currently, only the "loop passed" signal highlights the pilots for around 2 seconds, and then it is impossible to see within the grid, if the pilot (car) is driving. If the pilot is highlighted until he has passed the loop for the second time (official first lap), it will help the timekeeping to see if a car is missing.
