Description	When a race is going on and you want to add a punishment to a driver. In timekeeping you do a right click at specific driver -Corrections- Punishments. Add a warning en press save. On this moment de registrations of the laptimes stops. Only 'Current racetime' is counting. And the only thing you can do is restart race with loose of roundregistrations.
