Description Implement the support for Multiloop:
- it must be possible to add new decoder instances with the interface settings
- each new decoder contains an additional configuration for what this decoder is used (e.g. primary decoder, top speed, pit lane, interim time, etc)

This multiloop modus will just be available for the following decoder:
- AMBrc3
- AMBrc4
