Description	We should be able to decide when we want to publish live results (not reports, the race itself) In the past we had it Since it is automatically decided if payment has been done, this is not possible This option would help in case internet connection would not be good or could have problems Blocking the live we could avoid issues like RCM shut down because of the high threads number reached in Windows This option allow us to act, or to decide while internet connection problems are solved
