Description	The driver had a hit at the loop on the inner part of the track, this was within the lock time and was flagged "Locked" correctly, however the next laptime was from the locked lap, until the next passing then giving 25.582 instead of what it should be at 25.582+5.560 = 31.142. can also be seen in the absolute column (locktime has been set to 23 seconds).
