Description | When transponder doesn't work and we have to add a lap time by ourselves - the added lap is counted by the time used to press the button to add a lap. If we for example realize there were 3 laps in a row that transponder did not record and we immediately add them three laps by hand, the added lap times end up with time of a few seconds or even milliseconds. Check the picture I have added - "printed results with lap times added by hand".
Then, this also ruins the live results - because it shows the best lap - the one we added by hand, where this lap is of a few seconds and makes no sense. If you could make the added lap time by hand equal to the driver's medium lap time or for example the same as the last lap he made, then this wouldn't cause such problems. Or other solution is to make an option in the programme to edit lap times while the event is running and also when the event is over. Cuz as we checked I think there is no option to edit lap times by hand which could be a great help too. Because when we print the results these added laps look ridiculous cuz they can't be made that fast within seconds or milliseconds haha So if you could find some solution for this problem - it would make the race results way more accurate. |
