Description	Here (NOMAC) they drive 3 final runs and 2 are counted. And when in case of a tie, then he must look at the qualification result. For the ranking when Nomac rules apply, RCM should not take in account that a second and fourth place in finals is better then two third places. Nomac doesn't work that way and just sees 6 points each. When 2 drivers both have 6 points, RCM should directly compare qualification results and not compare finalpositions first (2 and 4 against 3 and 3).
