Beschreibung	Create option to add laptimes between two laptimes (rows) once finished the heat - and to be able to create those missing laps (notice could be more than one laptime, more than one row in the laptimes table) Reason: Once finished, and if the laptime shows efectively driver has one ore more laptime missing in between those "two" laptimes, we should be able to edit the laptimes table adding manually those missing laps with manuallaptime (here medium or a manual one decided by the time keeper Important: The laptime edited should be substracted from the long laptime, so in total, adding one or several ones, the total time must be the initial time registered in the longer laptime Also important: Those manual laptimes added must be taken in consideration if ranking mode is by laps, i.e. three, consecutive or not, and added or sum
