Beschreibung	The source of this problem is, that some StyleSheet definitions could be empty or invalid. This caused again, that the StyleSheet file (CSS) which has been used for the generated reports (html file) was also empty. This ended up, that the reports is not displayed as it should. Solution: RCM is validating the StyleSheet definitions during bootstraping and is removing any empty or invalid StyleSheet definition file.
