Beschreibung	It can happen in the current version, that the first car passes the loop before the "time request" responce has been received from the MyLaps decoder. If this happens, then the first laptime will be wrong of this pilot, because with the receiving of the time request responce, the decoder offset will be adjusted. In order to solve this issue, RCM should not send the "time request" message at start time to the docoder.
