Beschreibung	If the lock time is adjusted during an ongoing heat, than the race result has to be recalculate. Check every collected lap, if lap time is greater then new new lock time. If yes, activate lap and increment number of counted laps. If activated lap is last collected lap, then the lap and absolute time has to adjusted.
