Beschreibung	The FTP Sync mode "just upload modified files" should not check the file timestamp, because this just works if the timekeeping application is running in the same time zone as the MyRCM server is running. Instead the archiv flag should be used: If the FTP synchronizer uploads a file to MyRCM, the archiv flag has to be set localy. Now RCM can check for this archiv flag. If the file has been changed, then the archiv flag will be reseted by Windows. Therefore RCM can easily recognize if the file has been modified.
