Beschreibung | Consider total number of drivers in each final as an example, as it could be 12 as it is in EFRA; or 10 or 15...
After qualifying, we create finals A, B, C, D... B final with 13 drivers others A, C, D... with 12 drivers Then the B Final drivers run the Last Chance Final. The winner of this Last Chance Final moves up to Final A with the 13rd position (12+1 drivers in total in this example). Final B drivers change their numbers, for example if driver 3 is the winner of Last Chance, then drivers 4,5,6,7... moves one position up having their new number as 3,4,5,6... All other finals (C,D,E, F) stay as they were from the beginning, no driver is pumped up to a better final. Consider also all finals will run a training heat, except the final B, because they already trained in the Last Chance final. That is the way it is done in EFRA and the proposal IFMAR will approve if they celebrate next year the 1st IFMAR WC for this section |
